Sorry, I tried to post this before but our network timed out at work and nothing came over. The problem is, I have one account that is reported twice on Equifax CR. Both times negatively, although one is correct "reaffirmed in BK" other one just says "BK". I have tried several times to have the duplicate account deleted with no luck. I have even had it verified by Wells Fargo that it is duplicate but they still haven't deleted it. I was directed to the Wells Fargo Credit Dispute Center today and told to fax everything over. I want to fax over the law that states that they cannot report the same account with two different account numbers. Can someone help me with this please? Thanks.
