I sent a validation request to a CA and they mailed me a hosptial print out. Does anyone have a good follow up letter that I can use for this. Also....the credit bureau put a deletion back on without notifying me. Does anyone have a letter for that? Thank you.
re the printout: send them a printout with their name on it, and a letter saying they owe you money, LOL. Seriously, a printout proves nothing. Look through the letters and find the one that says "I am not asking you to prove that you have my name in your computer, blah blah blah..."
For the hospital printout, send them the Estoppel letter. As for the 5 day rule, read the FCRA and compose a letter. It's been done before. Or search for one, you may find something.
