Has anybody encountered this problem....... I enter all of my information and received an error message stating: "We are unable to access your credit data, please call 1-800-787-6864 for further information. (CM_2005)" I have tried this several times and always get this error message. I tried calling the number and they asked what version browser I was using. I couldn't tell her at the time (I was not with my computer). She said it should be IE 5.00 or above. Well I just checked and it is IE 5.00. Of course now they are closed for the weekend. Has anybody else dealt with this problem and if so, how?
