Re: Nana Sorry, Evil, I missed the question. There were a lot of form letters on this website. My suggestion is to do a search ex: validation letter, etc. PBM was going to put them all in one spot..I'm gonna check on that! If you can't find them, ask again, and I'll see what I can do, o.k.??
