Hurricane5: I think I remember you said you live in Florida, and you said in one of your posts that a friend of yours was able to luck out on rental space at a very reasonable rate, could you please tell me if that was in South Florida and if so where. Cypri, I actually grew up in Florida (Ft. Lauderdale), but now live in the Washington, D.C. area. Unfortunately, my friends business is in the D.C. area as well. I don't know what the rates look like in FL. Sorry.....
