need help judgemnet and garnish!

    any idea, where i can get a good lawyer, who will not charge too much.

    Once they find out that you do not work for your old employer, they will send you "interrogatories" where they will ask who your current employer is. These interrogatories are part of the case. If you do not respond you will be held in contempt.

    The judgment stands because the filed before the SOL ran out. There is a second SOL for judgments. For most states, it is 10 years, in some, as long as 20.

    How can they garnish when they agreed to take 80 a month?
