Can someone who is a vet please help me with this. Thanks Ronnie MY CREDIT SUCKS BUT I AM WORKING TOWARD A NEW BEGINING
O.K. NCO, they were my easiest to deal with. 1 validation letter was all it took for them to delete their tradeline from my reports. I would start with the validation. At the same time dispute with the cra's. I think this one might be easy. It seems to me that if this account was included in bankruptcy, there is no way they should be collecting and they probably have a pretty good idea that you aren't going to pay them so they may just save themselves the hassle and delete.
Thanks for the info...Does anyone have the address for NCO...Do you think I can sue for violation of the BK laws? Thanks
