Need Help (nutcase letter response)

    I sent the nutcase letter to a CA I had on my CR(medical CO). They responded today telling me that the account should show a zero balance on my CR (which it already does). If it did NOT show a zero balance... for me to send them a copy of my CR to them (which I will not do) and they will update my report. They also stated... they would NOT delete the tradeline from my CR.

    I need to know what kind of letter I need to follow up with?

    I did want to add that I found the Son of the nutcase letter 2&3. I was wondering If I should use number 2 to follow up with? Would that work in my case?

    Martysgirl, sorry I missed this thread before. Continue being a nuisance. Your account is paid; make it so they wish you would simply go away. Follow up with the next letter in the sequence. Hammer away.
