Got an interesting thing happen to me today, when I stated my Credit repair I had a company that had 7 TL on my reports and only three of them were true so I disputed they never answered my letter requesting validation well now they one of the TL to a CA who sent me a letter trying to collect, I sent a dispute letter asking for validation no answer well today noticed they pulled a hard "permissible purpose" on my EQ credit report also got a call from them trying to collect now they have never validated my letter of 7 March asking for validation nor did the OC ever validate my letter of 26 February. looks like I am going to be spending a lot of time in Federal Court!!!!!!!!! The Collection Agency is Consumer Portfolio SVCS anyone know of them out of CA!
