I have posted several posts in the last couple of weeks and have not received any responses. Please help on this one:
I had a Cap 1 chargeoff reporting on all three reports. I have managed to have them deleted from EX & EQ, but TU is not deleting. Should I contact Cap 1 directly? I'm afraid because if it's verified by them, I think it will be re-reported on the other reports. I had a secured account with them and I was over the limit by and now the amount has risen to $829. I would like to dispute it again with TU, but I'm thinking I should just leave it and worry about the other negatives. I also have a First USA that's being reported "paid charge off" on TU and EX. Should I dispute it (again) or should I contact FUSA directly? Any advice. I am working with Fowler and Fowler, but so far I am the one that has had some items deleted. I am trying to buy a house within the next six months.

    TU: 577
EQ: 604 (with FUSA paid charge off and Fingerhut delinquent 120+)
EX: no negatives, but lots of inquiries and a 92% ratio on revolving

As far as the C1 charge-off goes. If they're not actively collecting on you, and you do not have the funds to take care of it, I would let it be. Now, if you do want to settle the account (you have the funds) then go ahead and dispute it again through TU. Use a different dispute reason this time. BTW, I wouldn't worry so much about the charged-off account being reinserted on EQ and EX. The reason: The CRA's are obligated to notify you within 5 days of a previously deleted item being reinserted. They almost never do. So, if they do reinsert, save that report, wait at least 5 days, then send a letter to the CRA advising them they need to delete since thy violated the FCRA.

As far as the FUSA paid-chargeoff goes, you could either keep disputing, or you could send Doc's litigous nutcase letter. This letter (I believe, ...haven't read it in a while) is for paid accounts that have negatives or are collection accounts, and in the letter you're basically acting like a nutcase who will sue at the drop of a hat, and will hopefully "push" the creditor into simply deleting the tradeline.

Not sure of who Fowler & Fowler is, however since you're active in repairing your own credit, (and since only you have had the success of getting items deleted) you may want to think of cutting them loose. Certain credit repair firms may not want the consumer doing things with their credit at the same time the credit repair firm is doing it' own repair methods to that consumers report.

    cavent2-
You have posted 9 posts since joining. Some of the posts were questions in the middle of someone else's thread completely off topic. This is considered pirating someone else's thread. You asked a question re:posting a business account to your personal credit report and got a very quick and good response from a couple of people.

You emailed a member and she responded to you honestly in your post.

My point here is that everyone is willing to help out we newbies but one must observe the netiquette of the forum.

If you want the experienced members to help you out...accusing them of ignoring you...especially when it is not true...is not the best way to do it. I know you are anxious re:mortgage so I'm sure everyone is understanding...just return the consideration in like kind.

Please don't get your feelings hurt...just trying to make your creditnet experience more fruitful.
