I have a BIG problem. I have been posting my problems about TSR Wireless for some time now and have run across a time block. I sent the CA a validation letter registered receipt in June. I received the green card and never received a response from the CA. In the mean while someone has literally stolen all my paperwork for this account including my green card on the last day of July right off my desk when I was out sick one day. I have since reported to security and made a police report. I have been working with the OC which sent me a letter specifically stating that the account should of never gone to collections. I have not sent anything else to the CA and need to somehow replace my green card with something else. I have signed contacts to purchase a house and this account is the only neg reporting on two different reports. I have been disputing this with TU and EX since April and it has consistantly come back as verified. I just got off the phone with the OC and they are sending me the forms they have sent to the CA to prove they have repeatly ask them to delete the accout since 1998. I am so frustrated and have so many violations racked up for this CA plus damages now if I can not get this removed by this Friday which is my deadline to get approved. What else can I send to the CA in natural progression and now my only RR that will hold up in court? Please any suggestions count! And are Appreciated!!!
Contact your mortgage broker and present the documents you received from the OC and he can use rapid rescoring to update the info ASAP with the CRA's. Rapid rescoring per tradeline is expensive .
Do you think I would have to pay for the rapid rescoring? I have five days from this past Sat to find a lender or use the builders lender. Who do I ask to rapid rescore? We have to get pre-approved with the builders lender (Wells Fargo) first then within 5 days see if we want to go through someone else. Would it be appropriate to have them rescore before approval or after approval? The closing should be in December.
Also, I still need to know what to send to the CA as I do plan on taking them to court after all the hassle I have been through see my posts for TU and TSR Wireless. What do I send next? I have already sent a validation (green card stolen) do I send another validation or estoppel? or something else? Intent to Sue??? Please advise....... Thanks!!!
