Need Help re:CA

    I sent a validation request to a CA. I sent it within the first 30 days of receiving the letter from them. I have the CRRR back marked August 28th. Well guess what, today I check my EQ report and they have reported the collection. It only cost me 4 points but it still pisses me off..What step should I take now?

    I would send an intent to sue letter and see what you get back...


    but that's just me.
