    Hello everyone!!

I have been away for a couple of weeks. Almost went throught withdraw because I could'nt read any post on this board. I had to have some surgery done, but everything is good as new. anyway I have a question for you all.

I have disputed a tradeline with Experian, TU and EX.
it was a trandeline for a CA. TU and EX deleted the Tradeline. But I have disputed with EXperian several times and they keep verifying the tradeline. I sent a Validation letter to the CA in June, and after receiving the green card I disputed with Experian. I have not rec'd back validation proof from the CA and Experian turned around and verified the Tradeline again. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I don't no weather I should waste my time sending a procdedure request to Experian, or send the Esttopel to the CA. I'm not sure weather Experian is just saying they are verifying or if the CA is really verifying the tradeline.

    Hi. You could try this:

Send a crr letter to the Experian requesting the procedurces they used, along with a statement to the effect that, "The CA has not validated this debt," etc.

At the same time, I'd send a 2nd, more forceful validation letter to the CA, with a shorter time to validate since they ignored your first validation letter (be sure to include a copy of the first letter and a copy of the CRR).

I do have a letter all ready to send Experian with copies of everything. I guess I will go ahead and send it out. I'm also going to send an Estoppel to this CA, it has been over 50 days now and no reponse from them.
