Need help with CA lawsuit ~ please

Here is a quick rundown of what I have:

Two collection agencies trying to collect on medical bills from about four years ago.

Six months ago, sent the two seperate collection agencies the typical validation letter. No response from one. The other sent me computer printouts from their own computer "your accounts with this company are blah, blah, blah." I specifically asked for a copy of something with my signature. Neither updated my credit report as in dispute.

Second set of letters went out again asking for adequate validation, and this time, I included a copy of the Wollmann opinion letter. Again, got computer printouts from both agencies. Again, no notation on my credit reports.

Sent out my third round. Same thing. Computer printouts. No documentation on my credit reports.

My questions ~

1. How much do I sue for? There are two CA's, each with two accounts, totaling all together about $650.

2. Besides the violation for not noting the disputes on my credit report, do I have any more violations?

I appreciate any advice. I have never so much as stepped foot into a court room, so I am a little intimidated, but I want to follow through with this.

No - they haven't sent anymore bills or made anymore phone calls - just their feeble attempt at validation by sending the printouts - no letters or anything included with those printouts either.

 

I'm sorry for bumping this up, but I leave for vacation tomorrow and I really need some help ~ anybody?

Thanks, guys. I cannot remember if I have disputed these with the CRA or not. I need to look through all my stuff. But this is just exactly the kind of info I am looking for. Now I am on the right track. There is just so much that I don't know! Just in case, I might try to dispute again, even if I have already.
