Hi Everyone! I have lots of debt collection pending. Now I am getting pressurized as how to collect it? I have put all my efforts to collect the debt amount but still not able to recover it at all. I also donâ??t want to go with hard recovery. Please suggest any help to recover the debt amount.

Are you a collection agent, or are you an individual. I use to work for a credit bureau and when landlords could not get their money they would go to the local court house to file a judgment. They would have to return and present story to judge and take all documents proving debt is owed like a contract. Verbal is not very strong case. Any way if you win the judgment then it goes on that person's credit report and they need to pay you to get it back off. Once they pay you forward release or dismissal to the court house so the consumer can take a copy to the credit reporting agency. If you release, it remains on the credit report but updates to show paid. If you dismiss then it gets removed off of the credit report all together. That is the nicer thing to do. If they don't pay you can always file for wage garnishment unless their income is exempt like if they are on welfare or disability. You can always hirer a collection agency to collect for you. It is not 100% guarantee that you will get your money back, If the debt ages to long uncollected it can run out of SOL (Statute of Limitations) and then the debt could not be sued for in court. You only have so many years to file. Differs state to state. This is the best I can do to help.
