Tomorrow is my 30-day for initial disputes. Went to Privista and it doesn't indicate disputes. Short of purchasing another EQ report, do you have any suggestions as to where I may go to search for status of pending investigations? Really anxious to know what is going on. Also, should EQ have failed to dispute by tomorrow, should I phone them and ask for immediate deletions or what should I do? This is my first round of disputes and can't wait to see what are the results. Already had luck with TU.

Don't call. They have 5 days from the end of the 30 days to notify you of the results. You'll get an updated report probably Saturday. If you want to call only to ask for the results you can, but don't demand anything at this point. Also, if you have your dispute # you can go to www.equifax.com and click on start a dispute or similar. Put in your current confirmation # and it will show you the status.
