Posted recently about girlfriend's judgement delima. I need some direction. The judgement is reported as satisfied on and experian report, it does not show up on any other report. She has sent a validation letter to the lawyer, and the reply contained a copy of the installment contract, and copy of the default judgement filed in 1996. Only records at the court house is the court docket all other records have been destroyed per age of the case. This is what lbrown59 had to say.
