hello i have a 698 credit score and have 4 charge off from collection (medical bills) the thing with these bills is that the insurance company is in the wrong after a verbal approval over the phone with me they turn around and denied the claims and left them for me. how can i fix? plus i have a lot of debt and was looking to lower the balances somehow and need to know how maybe even agreeing to pay half of the total owed can someone help
What was the basis for their denial? Was the claim submitted properly, or rejected due to improper coding? Have you appealed their denial? Is the bill at the provider's list prices, or at their insurance contract prices?
