I need help in finding a declaration of Homestead for Disabled in California. We have called all the stationary stores and no has the one for disabled. We also called the recorders office and they dont have one either. We need to file this for my Dad and no one seems to have one. His lawyer has not been much help, he sent us to the stationary stores. Thanks Mishelle
You need to pick one up at your county court house . The recorders office didn't have the form because that aren't the one who handles that. The auditors or the treasurers office takes care of such matters and should have the forms. Hope this helps you.
