I am 21 years old, a full time college student, and work part time. I have gotten myself into terrible credit problems even prior to me being 16. Let me tell you all about it:
Bank of America Visa - $1499 balance, chargeoff
    Lord&Taylor - $440 balance, chargeoff, judgement filed
    Providian - $750 balance, chargeoff
    Cingular Wireless - $2082
All of these accounts have been to collections and back again. All of these accounts I signed up for before I was 18, and did not let my parents know. I am now feeling the pressure of credit and my parents are not helping me at all (I guess they-re letting me learn my lesson). I want to do something, can someone help me and give me guidance to where I should even start. I also have a current auto loan in good standing and I pay $200 a month.

    This one is sticky.

Honestly, I don't know. Do your research with the Fair Credit Billing Act, the Uniform Commercial Code, and the FTC website. This may take awhile, but it'll help you get some answers.
