Pardon my ignorance, but... If you are transferring balances 'to' a MC, does the 'from' account has to be the same type of account? Can you transfer a balance from a MC to a Visa? Can retail/store cards be involved?
You can transfer to ANY CARD. MBNA AMERICA will even do a BT to your checking account or pay the hospital, or the trash man...BUT WATCH OUT FOR THE FEES INVOLVED!!!
doesn't necessarily need to be a card at all... i've got some checks here, says make them out to whatever you want except CASH. If you put IRS and your social on them, it will be a check to the IRS with your social in the memo.. car loan,, business note, whatever... places like MBNA will just drop the cash into our checking account..
