Need lawyer in Boston

    Hi,

    I have a dispute with First Bank USA. They claim I have a debt, which is not mine. They will not respond to my two certified letters. My problem with them has been going on for two months. Can any one recommend a lawyer in Boston.

    I'm in Boston too. Sorry I don't have a lawyer to recommend, but if I remember right someone from N.H. here found a lawyer who takes FCRA/FDCPA cases. Maybe that will help?? In any case good luck and I'll keep my eye out.

    My lawyer is out of Concord NH, there is one in Manchester NH that I know of, if you want either of their numbers email me. My lawyer is dealing with my FDCPA problems with Collectech, the Manchester lawyer wouldn't take the case because I do owe a PORTION of the bill, the Concord lawyer took it cause Collectech broke the law in many ways.

    So you owe the CA a couple a bucks.What a deal for the CA they pay 2 bucks and it buys them immunity from the law
