Need help composing a short and sweet letter to a CA that is not licensed or bonded in my state. They have verified twice to EX that the account is correct. I have not yet sent any correspondance (validation) to them. DOLA was 10/98. I've looked though all the letter templates, but can't find one that really addresses this. Can anyone help?
