Which is the best letter to use for paying off a Charge off and having it deleted? There are many on here and I want to take care of this ASAP since I have the cash in the bank to take care of this. Once it is gone, I will have about a 70 point jump in my score according to Myfico simulator... (hopefully that is accurate) maybe even higher since a full deletion would show no CO ever on my report... Let me know please. Thanks,
