I have a negative tradeline (repo-DLA 12/95) in the amount of $6943 from Nicholas financial. Strangely enough it says reported 1/03(don't understand)..... what type of letter should I send to have this account removed from my credit report?
Also, what is the reported 1/03? This information was received from my lender via a tri-merge credit report....

Did the lender pull a full factual report or was it just a regular one?

If it was a regular report, dispute with the CRA's as "this account is obsolete and is being illegally reaged".

I figure a regular report, their listed in my list of inquiries, for my info, what is the difference between a full factual report and a regular report?

In addition, I'll look on this website for some letter samples, if you have a link to an "illegal reage" letter, please let me know

Did you get the loan - you may have a damages claim.

No, I didn't get the loan. Could you give me further info about the damages claim? I'm thinking of waiting until about the 5th of next month, and sending a dispute letter to the CRA. However, I'm first going to check to see if this is on ALL 3 credit reports. Possibly seems that Experian is the only one reporting it. I'll double check and let you know.
    Thanks for your feedback!

    Need lttr urgnt! Help(newbie)UPDATE

I've check my credit reports. Seems Experian is the only company still reporting the negative information even thought the DLA is 12/95. Should I wait until about 12/5 and send a letter asking them to remove it? Or should I go for it now???

    Please help!
