My computer seems to be having some behavioral issues today. I am trying to search for the letters for deletion upon payment (settlement) for a CA. Can anyone help me with the links. P.S. About a week ago, I was able to search for it but tonight I can't seem to make it work..does anyone have the information for American Express's OASIS program???
