Ok, I'm full of questions today. What can I do about two settled accounts from 98 and 99 with the original creditors that won't respond to my validation letter or the infamous "Nutcase" letter? Will the CRA's even look at my evidence of no response, especially since both OC's verified?
Also. I have a collection agency that sent partial validation, I sent 48 hour validation letter stating their previous response was partial validation only etc., still no response. Now what? They also verified the account, I pointed out the violations in second letter, didn't seem to phase them.

Intent to sue would be the next logical step, but hell I sue for anything.

Have you tried disputing w/ the CRA's since all of these letters? I have found that if they don't respond to your letters then they usually wont respond to the CRA either.

    Good Luck

Should I now send a letter of intent to sue?
