    I found two faxes for NCO Financial: 215-441-3898, 716-404-2111

    I faxed to the first one today - don't know what states they are - hope this helps!!

    I have the number to the NCO in San Antonio. The number I have to talk to them is for San Antonio, but the mailing address is in PA.

    Number for San Antonio is 800-516-6553
    Fax for San Antonio is 210-244-4744 or 7090

    They may be able to give you the fax for PA

    215 is the area code for Philadelphia.
