Hi everyone, Please forward the letter written to the credit bureau regarding a filed bankruptcy. It pretty much states that the US Govt (I believe) doesn't observe a filed bankruptcy as a something...or the other. The bottom line is the letter told the bureaus it was illegal for them to report a filed bankruptcy as it was not recognized by some government official. It used to be in the sample letters area, but I don't see it anymore. Please help.
