About a year ago my wife got approved for a NextCard credit card online. Actually, we declined the card, but they sent it in the mail anyway. Does anyone have their phone number so that we can cancel the card?
ummm... nextcard isnt around anymore. so i dont think you have to worry about closing it.. the accounts that werent closed were sold to somebody i forget who.. kev
We never activated the card, but we can't find the cc. It is around the house somewhere. But it is on the credit report. And if the account were sold, shouldn't we have gotten a notice or something. We just want to close it.

I received a letter from Eq verifying my account with NextCard. I have a letter directly from NextCard showing my account info along with their info that came straight from NextCard and not Merrick Bank. Here is the info : NextCard 595 Market St San Francisco CA 94105 (925)245-6824 Of course this phone number is listed for the authorized signature and title of the supervisor at NextCard who verified my account.....her name is Michelle Mussleman?? or something like that. Interesting..... AREA CODE 925 is for the EAST BAY in California - it is NOT a downtown local SF number. If you want, I can drop by 595 Market and see if anyone is home LOL! aarrfff - dogman PLANETFEEDBACK operates out of an office nearby also
