I have agreed to settle with a CA regards Cap1 chargeoff. I need a letter stating that the original TL be updated to somthing satisfactory to my needs. The CA (TriAtvangate) said they already have Cap1s approval on the transaction (they "called" them while i was on hold to get it approved). What do i need in the letter (or a sample http location of an existing letter) to make sure this is enforeced before payment. Also, to make sure this completely pays the debt without having the balance ( under $500 ) sold to another CA. Thanks for all the help! Brian
