Ok so I have an unpaid charge-off from discover reportting on two of my three major bureau reports.

It was originally on all three, came off of CSC (Equifax) after the second round. TransUnion verified after like 10 days the second time, and Experian took about 15 days, CSC went the full thirty and then deleted. This makes me think Experian and Tu arent really verifying anything. I sent procedural requests to all three, of course they sent their general practices blah blah summary. I dont know what to do now to get the other two to actually verify and delete. What should i do now?

Is the debt still with Discover or is it with a CA yet? Did you request validation from either CA or OC first, then send disputes to the CRA's?

Well as far as I know Discover sold it a few years back, however the company that purchased the debt isnt reporting it so I dont have to worry about them for now. I have requested validation from Discover, since they arent required to respond...they have not. After sending discover a letter and waiting a week after I got the green card back, I sent a second round of disputes to the CRAs. TransUnion verified it in about a week, Experian in about two and CSC deleted. So I dont really know what to do next, send another letter to Discover and then redispute thru the CRAs?
