    Hi All,

Been reading here for a while and so far I've had 3 derogs removed (out of 5) and I'm close to being able to get the credit card that I want. Thank you all very much.

I have a problem I need advice with. I have a $35.00 negative from an emergency room visit over a year ago (Says it was posted to the report 06/2008). It's legitimate and I'm wondering if I should try a PFD or just ignore it? It's only listed under collection accounts on my Equifax report. No listing for TU or EX.

I'd like to have a crystal clear report so if there's any steps you can suggest I'd appreciate it.

Equifax is the only bureau that will report medical under $250 just keep disputing it the company getting the disputes will eventually get the point. Just my ten cents worth

If you already paid it you can keep disputing it byt sending a letter to the Medical company, the collector and equi.

Thanks for the replies. I was worried that disputing it may cause them to get angry and decide to post it on TU and EX. I didn't know about EQ posting low medical. Good info!

Yeah TU and EXP have limits on what gets reported...and if something does happen to slip on for that low of an amount it usually can get removed rather easily....

Also keep in mind that medical bills sometimes they will tack on fees ect to make the amount much larger than it actually may be. They also may try and bill you more than what the would if insurance covered the tab as well
