We recently bought a used car and due to our BK our rate is 15%. It's a 60 month loan with Fireside. They seem ok, but I really dislike the fact that I can't pay online and they charge to make a phone payment. They do have nice feature like 15 day grace with no late charge if our payment doesn't get there in time. Now we are preapproved to refinance with WFS. I don't know anything about their reputation but I did see that they have online payments. The rate would be 12.25% and the term would only be 48 months. The payment would only increase $15-$20 per month. It looks like a good deal. We have only had the van a couple of months so there are 58 payments left. I did a amort calc and it looks like it would save us quite a bit. Have any of you had good or bad experiences with WFS? What would you do? Kim
