Had two collection account from same CA on a medical bill.. Called original creditor on both accounts and oopps they made a mistake and sent to collections.... They immdediately sent a letter to the CA that this was an error and to remove derogs... The OC wont sent me a copy either already tried.. something about contract with CA... anyway..

Experian still shows the one acct but wont let me dispute... Called CA and they state they sent to all three CRA to remove... 3 months later nothing acct still there..

CA wont send me anything so i can redispute with CRA...

Can i sue the collection agency... Called CRA (experian) to ask what to do and they state call CA and get something from them and CA says call CRA...

    What should i do???

send validation to CA. by law they are supposed to answer your request. I think this would be a safe avenue to take. If they come back and say that u dont have an accout, then experian can be in trouble

No, its a double-edged sword if not handled properly.
