I have a CA seeking payment for a medical bill from 1999. What is the SOL for medical bills? Is it the same as a written contract? The SOL for the State i now live in for a written contract is 3 years. I'm in luck if that's the case However, the SOL from where this took place is 6 years. Can anyone help. They are threatening a lawsuit. Do they have to file a suite in the State I live in? Is there a different SOL for medical bills?
