    • Call me stupid, but I have no idea what these abbreviations/acronyms are:

      CMA
      DLA
      RMA
      IIB
      CLD
      SOP
      NEA
      WK

      Any clues?

    I think CMA is a ca.
    DLA = date of last activity
    RMA = ca
    IIB = included in bk
    CLD = ?
    SOP = standard operating procedure
    NEA = ?
    WK = worthknowing.com

    • Thanks, George, but that's not it ... CLD turns out to be "Credit Line Decrease". As for NEA, here are some quotations"

      "... we are required to give a 200.00 line. 500.00 for NEA, if a reason ..."

      "... the new number preceded my old number with NEA, which resulted ..."

      "... they have to send you a credit card. If it is NEA, it has to be 500.00 ..."
