Need Street Address for CA

    I am suing Challenger Financial in Small Claims Court. They are Based in San Diego, CA..anyone know how I can get their street address???

    Do I serve this Michelle lady or name the CA????

    You name the ca as the defendant. You serve the papers to Mitchell Bonilla who as the authorized agent for the ca, is the person who accepts service of process.
    No, I've never dealt with them before.

    Small Claims offers to serve by Certified Mail for an extra charge....can I use their service?

    The basis of our lawsuit is that we paid them in full via Western Union, after we received a letter from them with the agreement that if we pay, they will update our report as "Paid". That was last August...since then, my husband has been denied for credit, because not only are they still showing up as collections (with balance) but the original creditor (crescent jewelers) and another CA Gulf state that had the account befor, are also showing up as collections! That's a total of 3 showing neg on CR!!! What violations can I sue them for and how much should I ask for?? On a diff post I was told Defamation (which I will use!)....
