I have a Citi Aadvantage card with over $4000.00 of credit that I desperately need to access. Right now there are no balance transfer offers, and I have some unexpected expenses. Does anyone know of a way to pull from my CL w/o paying Citi's collossal cash advance fees and percentage rates? If it makes any difference, I'll be paying back in 3 mos.
