I do not know what damages to seek: but the "debts" either cannot be proven as mine, were paid BEFORE collection, or were handled fraudulently. I can hire a lawyer, but wanted to ask for tips from those who have been there. It's high time I STOP writing letters and disputing online and fight back. Otherwise, I'll keep losing sleep. I also intend to sue Equifax for verifying a judgement I myself can't verify. I'm sue-happy. Steph
