Need to find some info

    I saw somewhere that if you file a suit for fdcpa violations the CA cannot countersue for the bill or even possibly bring it up. Maybe it was an opinion letter from the FTC or some case law or something but I know it is out there. Would someone know a link to this? thanks

    They can't countersue for the alleged debt. They can however file a new case. Here is the link that I have for this:
