Need to lean on EQ? Any ideas?

    I have an incorrect entry on my EQ report that the OC said they were going to delete. They sent me a letter telling me they would send the UDF on May 31 but that it would take the CRA up to 3 months to delete.

    Can I call equifax and rush this?

    Fax a copy of your letter to equifax at 1-866-233-3777. It should take about 5 days after they receive it. The key word is should. It took mine 4 days when I sent a removal letter.

    it would take the CRA up to 3 months to delete.

    In the mean time it's ok for creditors and insurers to stick it to you .
