im working on cleaning up credit , one of the things that shows negative is that i currently have no credit open , other than mortgage , my score is to low to qualify for a card, what would be my best action to get credit card , should i go with one of these cards that want like $150 to recieve card with a limit of $250, something along those lines.
Ask a friend or relative to add you to an open credit card account which is at least two years old. Make sure that the utilization is okay (at least 50% or less unless it's very old). If this isn't feasible, there are still a few corporations that offer this service. Apex Credit Services, LLC (us) is one and although we're not perfect, we sure look better than anything on the net I've seen in recent months.
