Today is my 30-day and I made contact with CSC Credit Svcs to inquire of the status of my disputes. I was advised that they had not received anything from me. Well, I have in my hand a letter dated 9/16/02 from Equifax, indicating that my disputes had been forwarded and any further concerns or help should be directed to CSC. Recognizing that today is THE day that I have been waiting for, I need to speak to a human at EQ and ask for deletion per my letter sent to them CRRR and received on 9/9/02.

    Please advise!

Roadkill today is your lucky day! I hope you were disputing alot of stuff. You need to call them and demand they delete everything you disputed as their thirty day time frame is up. They have already told you they never recieved anything from you and you have the proof that in fact they did so you just may be made in the shade!

I feel like a tennis ball, help!

Whew! Okay, here we go, I spoke to CSC and they haven't received anything. The spoke to Equifax and they said they didn't have anything. Okay, here's the story.... CSC said they didn't have me in their system because of my previous address indicated another state which was not in there area, therefore it would be handled by Equifax. Equifax sent me correspondence indicating my disputes had been sent to CSC. They are playing tennis with me. So, I phoned Equifax back AGAIN and spoke with a supervisor and she said to fax her information indicating my new address to immediatly update my credit file for CSC. Okay, I faxed my proof to them. Now it is back in CSC's court. Well, my question is, there was never an indication anywhere that I was to send my "initial" dispute to CSC. I only had knowledge of there being three (3) credit bureaus. Had never heard or CSC. So, should I now contact the AG's office to get things deleted as Equifax said they could not because my file is with CSC. CSC said they could not because they never recieved anything due to my previous address showing another state. I, on the other hand, just wanted my disputes processed.

What should be my next step?
