I disputed a bunch of old things on my credit report. Almost ALL of them were deleted (10 in all!) but I noticed that my credit score hasn't changed! Shouldn't it have gone up SIGNIFICANTLY since all those negative items are gone???
If I am correct, it depends on how old the negative items are. After so long I don't think that they have a major impact on your scores. Are you subscribed to any credit monitoring services such as privacy guard, consumer expert etc.? Privacy has a free trial period for $1. Their scores aren't accurate but you can use the service to monitor if your scores are going up or down. Anyone else have any advice?
