I have a few outstanding hospital and medical bills that have been turned over to local collectors. Nothing over about $350. Some are even a few years old. What are my chances of getting a full deletion in return for payment in full? I realize it would all have to be in writing, but I want to know how successful a tactic this is. I do have the money and I am willing to pay the full amount. My line of thinking was that I would tell them what I wanted and make no other deals. Meaning no payment for anything less than a deletion. I'll just let it fall off on it's own and they will nerer see their collectors commission. Ken
