Has anyone had any experience with Nelnet? They are reporting 90 - 12 days late on several of my accounts with them with 2 CRA's. I have a total of seven accounts 4 are being reported as negative. I used them as a lender while an undergraduate. When not in school they were in forbearance, if I called late to get the forbearance they would backdate it to clear any negative information up. Now they are not willing to do that for me. The accounts are paid and closed. The CRA's still have the negative payment history. Any help would be appreciated.
