DIDN'T READ THE FINE PRINT DID YOU???

MEMBERSHIP FEES ANNUAL FEE*: $96 PER YEAR

    APPLICATION
    PROCESSING FEE $99.00-$119.00
for a joint cardholder (if applicable)

It is kind of like a DEBIT CARD...you fund $500.00 you can spend $500, but if you want to buy anything else, you have to pay more off...and still have to make monthly payments...

The cards you mentioned ....Target, Capital One, etc. are MUCH better cards than Net First.. But some of you don't remember what it's like being at the very bottom of the credit barrel before rebuilding...many of these cards aren't available if your score is too low.. I'd suggest applying for Capital One secured. If that doesn't work, use PFB and ask Mr. Miller to reconsider your offer.. After that, I'd recommend First Premier before Net First..

I'd stay well away from this one. Honestly, you could get a secured card with far less in fees. I've also heard that, if they deny you, you still pay the hefty "application fee". NOT WORTH IT.

The scores that I know of are TU - 543, and Eqfx (somewhere in the really low 6's). Not sure of Experian, but it's been between the two. In the past month, I've been approved for Target ($200 limit) and Kmart Mastercard (unsure limit, just got instant approval today). There is hope out there, just be persistent. You can do much better with, as many have suggested, a secured card, then throwing $500 towards Net First.

    Just my opinion though...

I have to agree with all the posters here regarding on how bad Net First Card is.

I filed bk-13 in 1996 and received an offer from Cap 1 for a secured card 4 months after filing.

So hang in there and avoid Net First Card.

    Best regards,
    Sam
