OK, I sent a message via bank mail stating "Please close my money market account." Simple enough dont you think. Well they closed all of my accounts. I had begun the transition out of Netbank, as you can see they stink, but I had one remaining check that had not posted. I was waiting for that check and then planned to closed my checking account. Well, they closed both of my accounts with this check still out. The personal note was that is was a check to my church which I also work for. So now I am a dead beat member When I called yesterday, they told me to call back on Monday when then accounts department was open. Even the customer representative thought it was stupid on their part. She read the message back and could not understand why they closed both accounts. Netbank Stinks!!!!!!
