OK, this is my first interaction with Netbank customer service since the transition from Netbank. I have to say that I am not impressed. I have been sitting here on hold for 15 minutes. This was after trying for 10 minutes to get through without a busy signal. This stinks!!! It nevered happened with Compubank. Maximum wait was 2-3 minutes if that and you always got through. I have already begun the transition of my accounts to my credit union here in N. VA (Apple federal Credit union, does anyone have any comments). I was intrigues with Netbanks 24 hour online trading and the account consolidation. This is unacceptable. Mike G.
